Tickets sales are subject to city and state taxes, as well as ticket company fees.
Yes, all sales are final – no refunds, exchanges or deferments. We do not offer a re-sale program. Refunds will only be issued should the event be cancelled.
Yes, there are ATM machines on site at the venue!
Yes, you can bring your own food and beverages in! We allow picnic baskets and coolers up to 26 inches long. Glass bottles are not permitted, nor are wagons/carts.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Parking is Free and located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the front gate.
No re-entry once you have entered the venue.
This is a picnic style festival, so you are able to bring your own blanket and/or chair along with you! The venue allows soft folding chairs that are under 31 inches tall. Note that chair height is checked upon entry. No canopies are allowed. No seat saving. Blankets should be folded to 4 x 5 for 2 guests with chairs on blankets.
All handicapped individuals will be allowed to enter the venue 15 minutes prior to the stated time on their ticket. One additional person is allowed to accompany you for the early entry so long as that person is also a ticket holder, and has the same kind of ticket (GA/VIP).
VIP tickets allow for early entry into the venue to obtain seating. No spot saving is allowed. VIP tickets/wristbands also provide access to the VIP bar and upgraded toilets inside the venue.
Limited VIP tickets will be avaialable, and therefore upgrading upon arrival is typically not available.
